CAR WASH QUESTIONS.

Yes. A car wash attendant will guide you onto the conveyor. Once positioned, simply place your vehicle in neutral and remove your foot from the brake.

We accept most cars, vans, and trucks.
- Soft Touch Tunnel: Up to 7’3”
- Touchless Automatics: Up to 7’0”
Dual-wheel (dually) trucks cannot be washed in automatic systems.

A touchless wash is an automatic wash that cleans your vehicle using advanced cleaning chemistry and high-pressure water—without brushes or physical contact.

Yes. Our kiosks accept both cash and major credit cards. We also have kiosks that offer easy tap pay.

Yes. All automatic washes include dryers.
WASH CLUB QUESTIONS.

You can sign up at any wash kiosk or online through our Wash Store.

Wash Club members receive one wash per day, per vehicle.

Memberships are valid at both Rain Tunnel locations, including soft-touch and touchless washes.

You can update your information online through the Wash Store, or we can assist you in person at our Orchard Drive office during business hours.
